Denise and Stephen got married in Seattle back in June of 2019. Their church, the Holy Rosary, had a beautiful organ and stunning stained glass windows, and I coordinated with their organist to ensure that Denise had the perfect music throughout the ceremony.
The week of the wedding, Denise asked me to arrive early so that she and Stephen could share a private first-look moment before the busyness of the day swept them away.
I played "The Prayer" during their first-look, and it was so sweet how excited and in love they clearly were. Denise snuck up behind Stephen and held his hand, and finally he turned to see his bride-to-be with such joy in his eyes.
The two cozied up on a pew together to connect about their marriage, hopes and dreams, and to share a few excited giggles. It was important to them to keep the focus of their wedding on who they were, both individually and together.
During their Ceremony they even incorporated a lei exchange to represent their Hawaiian culture.

Stephen and Denise's romantic ceremony was captured by the incredible Levi Hriczo.
"Christie was amazing from DAY 1! She responded quickly to my emails. She reached out to the lead musician at our church and got to work on the music right away. I never had to stress about Christie. She took time to make sure my vision came true. I wanted to make everyone cry with a romantic ceremony. She definitely made it happen! The week of the wedding I asked her to come early and play for our in church first look. Not only did she agree to arrive early, she made it a memorable private moment for myself and my husband. I HIGHLY recommend Christie!" -Denise V.
